I can still remember those days when I could eat whatever I wanted, never exercise and never gain a pound.
Boy, have those days come and gone.
I’ve learned that it takes more than just hope to keep my body and my health where I want it to be, I have to be intentional. I’ve learned that my actions are important, so is what I eat and identifying when my body needs more. I realize that I may have to add things I didn’t add before to make sure that my body feels and looks good.
Over time, I have come to realize that one of the things I need to add to my diet are extra vitamins like D and calcium. Without adequate amounts of Calcium your bones get weak, and you just aren’t as healthy. One of my family members got diagnosed with Osteoporosis and after hearing all they went through I realized that was an area I really need to consider NOW.
So what does all of this have to do with you?
On my page one of my goals is helping other women look for the holes, those things that stop them from feeling and looking their best so we can all do better together. I think when one of us do well, we all do well.
So, I am asking you to join me as I join the #BeActiv challenge.
Over the next couple of months I am going to be more intentional about working out, getting in shape, and taking better care of me. I am also adding the vitamins I need to help my body look and feel it’s best.
Companies reach out to us all the time with offers that they believe are the right fit, but I felt like this one really was right for you and us, here’s why.
The #BeActiv challenge is right on time because it helps me take care of two of my known problem areas an incentive for getting more active and it reintroduced me to a product I used to take and just stopped. Those Viactiv chews, are portable, they taste great and they have 2 things I need calcium and vitamin D.
Plus, as someone who is not a big fan of popping pills, I like having a chewable option that I actually enjoy. Milk chocolate, caramel and their new gummy flavor, which is my personal favorite is a real #winwin.
So, tie up those shoes, take out those exercise clothes and those videos and get active
You can find Viactiv in stores like CVS, Rite Aid, Target, Walgreens and Walmart. For more information about Viactiv and to learn more about keeping bones strong, visit http://www.Viactiv.com #BeActiv

Ladies, make sure you know about your bone health. We can’t take care of others if we don’t take care of ourselves. Bone density scans can tell if you have bone issues. Have your vitamin D levels checked. Vitamin D is so critical, and these days… many of us are deficient. If you want to be active, you need to take care of your bones.
