Broccoli salad with Balsamic Vinegar dressing
1 ib Broccoli
5 garlic cloves
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
Take raw broccoli and chop it up into florets and place in a bowl.
Take a garlic press and crush the cloves in the bowl with the broccoli.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes and place in the bowl.
This is great chilled or room temperature. You can eat this plain or with the dressing.
