It’s gift giving season and there is nothing as beautiful as a personalized gift

Gifts That Stand Out
When I give someone a gift, I want them to FEEL the LOVE. I want people to know that I went above and beyond. I try to think about who is receiving the gift and I try to personalize it. My goal is giving gifts that create happy memories. Presents that show in some small way how much I care and how important that person is to my life.
With cookies, it is easy to make each gift unique. If they love M&M’s add some, if they love pecans put them in, it’s the small touches that make a big difference. When I give a gift I want them to know that this gift came from my heart.
Make Giving Gifts A Memorable Experience For All
When you can turn your gift giving activities into an experience you can share with your whole family they become memories. The laughs and the fun you have are things you remember for years to come. This year I wanted to do something I haven’t done in a while, so we are making cookies.
Making Cookies Doesn’t Have To Be Hard
I love, love, love the idea of making cookies from scratch, finding recipes and testing them out, but that is not practical for me right now. I know that and I am not interested in overwhelming myself especially not during this time of year. I opted for something that was pre-made that I could turn into something extra special with just a few simple steps.
I went to Whole Foods where I found a viable option Immaculate. They have organic cookie dough and they even have 2 gluten-free varieties. BINGO!! They were on sale at Whole Foods and if you go to the website they also had coupons.

(If you want a real laugh, check out the video!)I started with their simple base and then added the extras to turn my cookies into the perfect personalized gifts.
Once I got the cookies home I did a trial run (aka as a trial taste) so I knew how they cooked, what they looked like. The trial run also gave me a chance to think about my options.
There are the organic chocolate chips and below are the sugar cookies. The cookie ingredients met my requirements and they were clean enough to pass the requirements of any of my healthy moms.
Here are the after pics…..
Yummy sugar cookies and mouth watering chocolate chips in minutes
(Without all of the extra stress and without the messy kitchen.)
As we prepared for our cookie making festivities, I got out these small bags and a few of the larger ones. Our small cookie bags will be attached to gifts and the bigger cookies will go in tins.
We personalized our cookies with ingredients that our family and friends would love, but their website has great ideas if you get stumped. You can check out their recipe ideas here https://www.immaculatebaking.
Pecans, macadamian nuts, cranberries are just a few of the things we tried. I really loved the idea of making cookies for friends and family who are gluten-free. BONUS!!
We added cinnamon to our sugar cookies and they were just divine. Sprinkles, frosting, candy canes or jeweled candy were also things you could use with your cookies so keep your options open.
Here is the finished product
We haven’t made cookies in years and we had a blast. I don’t know why we stopped making cookies, but after this we will be adding this to our festivities every year. Get your coupon from the site and make some cookies with your family this year. The laughs alone are priceless. It’s a great way to bring the whole family together. Enjoy!!
