Here is a recipe for today’s great juice…… Cantaloupe Crush
In every recipe there is a great way to improve your health. I try to add vegetables to everything recipe for two reasons one because chlorophyll is a great way to increase your energy, and a great way to get extra vitamins and minerals.
I also try to add either ginger or turmeric to every recipe I can because of the health benefits.
This recipe was a combination of the fruits and vegetables I knew would give me a lot of juice.
The yield was about 9-12oz.
I call this Cantaloupe crush.…
The recipe is simple…
2 slices of cantaloupe
2 bunches of baby spinach
1 medium carrot
1 handfull of red grapes
1 slice of ginger one cut one inch thick….
Remember just keep trying new things, and take what you have and just keep trying…. tune in tomorrow for a new recipe…
