In this segment, we are going to share great items we find that will make it easy for you to take control of your life and your health one step at a time.
Let’s start at the beginning.
You are what you eat. So, are you in good shape or are you in trouble?
If this topic has your squirming around and rethinking your last trip to the mall, or your desert selections rest assured we are all friends here and we are here to help. Think about how you are eating now and then let’s make some small adjustments.
So here goes our fail proof way to help you turn things around.
Step One – Eat More Fruits And Vegetables – Make Them Portable
Fruits and Vegetables are everywhere, but it is a lot easier to make BETTER CHOICES when you have them in arms reach. Think about fruits and vegetables that pack well and are portable.
When you have them nearby you are more likely to eat them. When they are hidden on a shelf or someplace you have to look for them, chances of you pulling them out is pretty small. When we are hungry we look for things we can get to right away, and convenience is an important part of your success.

When you are stressed, dealing with time constraints or hurt, you are more likely to turn to those good and faithful snacks full of fat and high calories, that have never let you down in a crunch.
You will smile now, and cry later!

Step 3 – Commit To Adding At Least One Extra Serving of Fruits and Vegetables Everyday
Changes are easier to accept if they are gradual. So, do yourself a favor and commit to adding one extra fruit and vegetable to your diet everyday.
Think of adding a banana, an apple, a carrot or a cucumber to your diet everyday, just adding one more serving everyday will make a big difference in how you feel and ultimately how you look. Making this small change is so much easier that making a ton of changes you can’t stick to all at once.
