You know the new Denzel movie is out and I know you have one question should you go out and see this?
Well, I just got finished watching it so I can give you opinion on this new flick so you don’t go into it blind.
Well, I’m not going to give up All the juicy details, but I will give you enough info to wet your appetite.
The movie was INTENSE!!
Action-packed from the beginning until the end. I was literally stuck to my seat! It was so bad I didn’t even want to go to the bathroom, because I was afraid I would miss that pivotal little part.
Denzel is a phenomenal actor and this is the second pairing of Fuqua and Denzel, who also did Training Day.
The cast was great, Chloe who played Helena in the film was also excellent.
I will warn you this is not for the faint this movie is full of violence, so this is definitely not one of those movies for those of you who can’t handle gore. There were a few times when I covered my eyes because it was very graphic. But that didn’t make me want to walk out of the theatre, I was literally glued to my seat.
Denzel’s character Robert is a very quiet man. Who lives a simple life. He works at a home store, and if you just met him you would no idea of his hidden talents. He is wonderful with the people he works with, nurturing and kind, but there is something behind that smile. He’s got a secret, I won’t tell you if they ever reveal it, but something happens when he sees Helena abused by the men who employ her. Dinsdale’s character, is so intense. You can see how he struggles with his decision to intervene. But it’s like something snapped and then the story begins.
