When it comes to eating healthy I always hear people say, we can’t afford to eat healthy. So, I am going to share some of my budget friendly finds, because I want to dispel that myth.  At least once a week, I am going to share what I find during my travels to help make eating healthy just a little easier.

Well, here are some great deals on healthy foods that I think you’ll enjoy.

This week at Whole Foods I found these great deals, snatch them while you can.

These Brad’s raw kale chips are not only good for you, they are a great deal at 2 for $10. That is a $4 savings.

Next up, is the organic kale. It’s only $1.50 per bunch, that is like 1/2 price.

Potatoes are on that bad list, so you should buy organic potatoes whenever you can. $4.99 for organic potatoes are only $1.00 more than conventional potatoes. Awesome sauce!

Check out the seasonal fruits and vegetables at Whole Foods for great sals on organics. They have pears at my local Whole Foods for $1.99 a pound and they also have apples at the same price.

If you like winter squash now is a great time to pick up some organic squash at $0.99 a pound.

If you want to stock up on meats, here is another can’t miss item. Chicken breasts are on sale for $4.99 a pound. This is a $2.00 savings and it is nice to get chicken without all those icky additives.

If you are gluten free or just love great pasta, checkout this pasta from @DeBoles it comes in regular and gluten free. I love this pasta. One of it’s ingredients are jerusalem artichokes. If you buy it this week, you will save a dollar.
