Ok, I admit it, I’ve been toying with the idea of canning for awhile

When I went to the Philly Farm Fest, I had a chance to check out a canning class.  After watching that display I thought, Hmmm, maybe I can do this.

International Can It Forward Day, is August 1 and that is a great reason to give canning a try.

There are live canning demos and experts available to answers questions.

So, I have my supplies and I have picked some recipes to try as I take the big plunge
