I Have A Horrible Secret, And I Am Going To Spill The Beans 44,222 ….

This number would be great if…

A. It was the number of dollars in my vacation account

B. It was the amount of my bonus

C. My take home pay this month…

But it’s not.. it’s the number of e-mails currently in my email box.….Ugh!!!!

If your e-mail gets to zero each day, I dream about being like you when I grow up but my reality is more like this…

(Yes, it’s really true please don’t judge me….)

Now every productivity book in the world tells you not to waste your time on e-mail.
So, I do read all of most of my e-mails. I have folders, and a VIP list so the important stuff doesn’t get lost, and all of my e-mails go to my phone, my iPad, and my computer.
So, I take care of what needs to be taken care of but, it seems like these e-mails just keep piling up. I say I am going to go back to them later and I just don’t.

In our society, e-mail is vital, but managing those emails is getting more like a job,
and I am ready to QUIT!!!!

Here is the reality,
With so much important information moving from paper to e-mail, you can’t just press the delete button and hope for the best. Or can you????

These days people are sending valuable information, invoices, receipts, e-books, and product links via e-mail so you have to keep these things orderly, or at least know where to find them. So I end up keeping way too many messages and searching when I need them, but with all those messages things can get misplaced or lost….

I can’t speak for you but, honestly I am over all this e-mail mess.. I am frustrated with e-mails, and most of all the time it takes to manage them. As a solution focused entrepreneur, I am looking for solutions that will actually work without driving me crazy in the process.
So, before I pull out my hair and throw my apple computer into the lake… I am going to try this.. GoBoxi..
