My Secret Weapon Against Nausea, Indigestion, and A Ton of Other Ailments

10:53 am by Aida Leave a Comment

Sometimes there is something right under your nose that could make your life so much better, but you had no idea it even existed, or that you could use it.

Well that happened to me….I was SICK, can’t eat sick, go to the doctor NOW sick, I mean sick.

I couldn’t eat. Everything that I tried to eat made me feel nauseous. It was terrible. It wasn’t a virus, and nothing seemed to be helping. The doctor sent me out for tests, but I was living on Ginger Ale and Peppermint Tea, food for the most part was out of the question. If you have ever been through anything like this you may understand how frustrating it is.

At this point I was desperate and willing to try anything that I thought might help, it was then that I realized that Peppermint Oil by Young Living was supposed to be great for this so I tried it.

I knew how well it worked to keep me awake, but could it really work on tummy problems? I was willing to try! So I ordered some for myself…When it arrived I was at the end of my rope.

My secret weapon is not what you think...
My secret weapon is not what you think…

This is how it worked…
Day One, I was able to eat a little the nauseous feeling I had was 100% better, I didn’t have to wait for the next dose of meds, because I could have some peppermint whenever I needed it. I was able to eat. Ok, looks good so far.

Day Two, still better, I was only a little nauseous a feeling that quickly went away after a few Peppermint Drops in my water. Much better, I was living again. No RX for me today. I took Peppermint Oil when I needed it, but I was starting to feel like my old self again. GREAT!

Day Three, I was eating veggies and fruits. I felt energized for sure, and I needed to take less and less peppermint oil. Today was a good day….

Day Four, I was eating regular food. I felt 150% better, my peppermint oil was used but not much, which was a drastic improvement.

Day Five, it’s been quite a ride, but I feel a whole lot better. The Peppermint has been a lifesaver and I am incredibly thankful.

Peppermint has a ton of uses that I knew nothing about….it helps with headaches, alertness, concentration, if you have congestion or a cold it works wonders. I found that the scent itself can even put you in a great mood. Not to mention the fact that it can curb your appetite. Bonus….

I tried this because I am no fan of medicine, I take it when I need it, but that is it. I am especially not of fan of medicine that doesn’t work, that don’t work well, or medicine that only works until the next dose. So I am wiling to try other things if it works I use it again, if not I may try something else. If I had not been willing to try this I would still be SICK to my stomach, in bed, unproductive and frustrated.
So here goes, I am inviting you to take a plunge, and give Peppermint Oil a try…As someone who has tried this out and seen the benefits I would be wrong if I kept them to myself.
