I love how all of these days are popping up on the calendar, in fact I look forward to them every now and then.  One day that I really love is #NationalCheesecakeDay.

So, I was super shocked when this goodie arrived at my door, I had no idea that the Cheesecake Factory even shipped.

Cheesecake For Everyone

When I grew up there was really only one type of cheesecake now there are hundreds of different varieties.  It’s really made it interesting and fun to find a cheesecake that everyone will love.  Getting together with friends over dessert is a great reason to catch up or check in and days like this one give you a great excuse.

This cake wasn’t just pretty, it was delicious.  I love cheesecake, but sometimes it’s too heavy to finish.  This cake was mouthwatering, light and full of flavor.  I loved it and so did my family.
