Okay it’s confession time….. I love to cook, but somehow I have fallen into a cooking slump. I don’t know when it happened or how, but lately my dinners are well… BORING!
It all happened a few weeks ago, I went to make dinner and was feeling quite confident until I thought about what I had prepared for my family for the last few days for dinner.
Chicken, spaghetti, chicken, pizza, and well chicken. Oh my, this is bad! I tried to mix it up a bit by adding in some ham, and some turkey, but honestly I was just out of ideas. When I tried to think about what I used to make before I realized this slump had been going on for a while. Why didn’t anyone tell me?
Long story short, I need some help!
So needless to say I am super excited about next week. I am going to Macy’s to learn from Martha Stewart who just released a new cookbook called #OnePot. Hopefully, Martha can get me out of this slump and help me with some new ideas that will go over well with the picky eaters in my family.
The great news is, if you feel like you are in a cooking rut, you just love to cook, or well you want to hang out with Ms. Martha Stewart to get some fresh ideas, she is coming to Macy’s Willowbrook in Wayne, NJ on Thursday, October 2nd to share some recipes and tips from her new book #OnePot.
