It’s the time of year when people get together.
Many of those gatherings happen at restaurants because you can hang out with friends and family without worrying about cooking and cleaning up.
If you haven’t been out in awhile you may wonder what kind of options are available and what you can expect.
I had a chance to checkout Hard Rock Cafe, where there full menu was revamped this summer, and they just added a new kids menu.
Our guests were already there when I arrived, so there were some appetizers on the table. This sampler had a wide assortment of Hard Rock’s appetizers.
Spinach and artichoke dip served with pitas, chicken fingers, chicken wings, brushetta, and onion rings. This sampler made a great choice because there was so much variety, and everything was really good.
There were a group of kids who were at another table, they were treated to a cute activity pack.
The neatly packed colorful box was jam packed with everything a kid would need to stay busy, at least for a while. Activity pages, stickers and crayons all with the theme of the menu, #ROXTARS.
It is not easy to find something that will keep kids from 2-10 years old entertained, but the activity packs worked at least for a little while. Peace and Quiet is good no matter how long it lasts!
The new kids menu had a variety of items to choose from, all seemed to be kid approved. The attention to detail with even the presentation was refreshing.
The big winner with all the kids was, you guessed it PIZZA!
When you go out with a group one of the most important things is VARIETY.
So, whether you want a great salad….
A Hard Rock favorite, the juicy Legendary Burger…
A chicken sandwich, without the bun.
Or some hickory smoked ribs, so many great options.
We had a great time at the Hard Rock Cafe. The food was great, the selection was good, the service was great, and it was nice to see everything they had available.
We were in the Philadelphia room, where they had tons of Philly based memorabilia like Lisa “Left Eye” Lopez costume from the Waterfall video, Taylor Swifts outfit from one of her recent concerts and another item from Philly legend Patti LaBelle.
It’s been a long time since I’ve been to the Hard Rock Cafe, but it won’t be a long time before I return!
