It’s February, the month we recognize Valentine’s Day.
As we celebrate those we love and care for, I am asking you to consider taking extra special care of someone extra special, you!
No I am not crazy, I haven’t lost my mind, but as I look at all the health challenges people are facing and how so many mental and physical challenges are popping up I want to ask you to do something special for YOU.
This challenge is fun, it’s easy and it is important because it encourages you to do things to take good care of you, body, mind, and spirit.
During this 28 day period, I am asking you to post on Instagram and Facebook the things that you are doing to honor your body, your mind and your spirit.
Pictures of you eating clean, eating healthy, relaxing, exercising and taking time to recharge are things we want to see and celebrate. There will be fun prizes and encouragement along the way as well!
Add the hashtag #loveyourbody to your posts and tag @aidajingram so I can find your activities. We will highlight some of our favorite ideas and there will be some fun pop-up prizes.

Day1: Share a selfie and say Hello
Day2: Share your Goal
Day3: Share an exercise you are doing or one you are going to do.
Day4: Share your healthy dinner choice.
Day5: Add an extra fruit or vegetable you are going to eat, and share a picture
Day6: Share your favorite healthy breakfast.
Day7: Share #tradeup in a unhealthy snack for a healthy one and take a picture.
