This juice not only taste great, it is easy to make and it is really good for you…

5 Easy To Find Ingredients…So This Juice is Good all year long…

The recipe starts with five ingredients…
1/2 a large beet or one whole small beet peeled and cleaned
1/2 Grapefruit peeled
1/2 Orange peeled
A piece of Ginger peeled
A dash of Cayenne Pepper

STEP 3 – Next take the peeled piece of ginger, and place it into the juicer along with 1/2 of the orange

Ginger Root, helps to fight inflammation, it is good for digestion, and can help with colds.

STEP 4 – Last and final step… put your juice in the cup and add a dash of cayenne pepper to taste…
