I started juicing for health reasons. We all have to think about how we can live healthier and richer lives….and how we can feel better, more energetic and less stressed. I’ve heard a lot of people talk about juicing, and I have thought about it several times. The last time was last year, I had picked out the juicer I wanted and I was all set to buy it when someone talked me into something else.
I decided to give it another try a few weeks ago, as I talked to @Nicole Graves of thesweeterthejuice.com and I have to say so far it’s been great, so I wanted to share my recipes and my experiences with you. I will post new recipes here at least once a week. I have found that be intentional about juicing and experimenting are two keys that work when you have decided to juice.
So here is one of my recent juicing recipes…bon a petit!
2 thick slices of Cantaloupe
2 pieces of celery
1/2 a cucumber
a handful of grapes…. like 10
A piece of Turmeric about a 5 cm or the size
