I also love kale salad, and this is my version, it is healthy and very tasty!
raw kale
garlic (4-5) cloves
Dressing:
Balsamic Vinegar 1/4 cup
Olive oil 1/2 cup
A tbsp of Braggs amino acid
Clean the kale very well
Take out the main stalk and set it aside
roll the leaves and cut them into medium to small size strips
press the garlic
and blend with the dressing.
You can also add nuts if you like, I know a few people who use strawberries with it as well.
This is a great salad and it is very nutritious. A great way to get some amazing vitamins and minerals into your body!
