Cut your sweet potatoes into fries or wedges.
Coat them with Olive Oil
Sprinkle them with Chipolte Pepper, this gives it a nice kick!
Optional you can add cinnamon to give it a sweet and spicy feel
Set your oven to 400 Degrees and let them cook until they are soft!
