This Year Those Pounds Are Going DOWN
Just in case YOU haven’t noticed I am serious about making 2015 my year… those extra pounds are already melting off and body, am I happy.
I already have those size 14 and those size 12 clothes in a bag ready to go to Goodwill and I am ready for those new size 6 cothes.
Because I am REALLY committed to this cause, I realize how important the tools are in this fight against the bulge. They help you stay motivated and they help you reach your goals.
The right sneakers, the right clothing, the right technology, and the right earphones make a difference.
I am committed to doing whatever I need to do to keep myself motivated and moving forward. So to me having the right tools are essential.
I can’t tell you how many times I have been running and working really hard to make it to the next step when right in the thick of things, POP…….There goes that stupid headphone cord again. Then I have to put that earphone back in my ear while I try to run, without falling down or hurting myself.
It sounds trivial, but keeping that music flowing really helps me. When the music is going so am I, but when it stops…well I get distracted.
So, this year I am taking my training seriously and investing in tools that will help me get where I want to go.
This new tool by Jabra caught my eye, it’s called the Jabra Sport Pulse Wireless earbuds and it has me REALLY excited. They have an all-in-one training solution that combines an in-ear biometric heart rate monitor, immersive Dolby® Digital sound and real-time voice coaching.
It also has a built-in intelligent app – Jabra Sport Life – that lets you plan, track and evaluate your workouts. It lets you test your fitness levels and aerobic capacity, adjust heart rate zone levels to optimize training and you can also set goals based on distance, time or calories burned.
Since theses headsets are Bluetooth, I can use it without worrying about a tangled cord. I can also use it with my tablet if I feel like a book, with my phone, I can even use it with my TV, if I want to get in that early morning workout without waking up everyone in my house.
My goal is to get to 140-145 pounds I only have 10 more pounds to go, but when it comes to building strong muscle and really making those pounds count I am going to have to get ready for some real conditioning. My music keeps me moving in the right direction, but so does having information I can use to make the right choices about what and how I spend my time.
